Select this option "To print Nonresident Agreement for all Qualified Partners". Qualified partners include all nonresident partners that are "Individuals", "Estates", "Trusts" and "Grantor Trusts". This assumption can be overridden or requested on a per partner basis with entries on the federal Partners category, Partner Information worksheet, Louisiana section.
The Louisiana Nonresident Partner Agreement only prints with the Accountant and Client copies of the return. After the Nonresident Partner Agreement is signed, it should be attached to the Government copy for filing with the Louisiana Department of Revenue.
